2. Who provides Praivasi

Praivasi™ is a digital privacy tools and knowledge platform. References to "we", "us", "our", or "Praivasi" include the brand, owners, employees, contractors, contributors, administrators, affiliates, and representatives involved in creating, operating, supporting, or promoting Praivasi content, tools, and services.

3. Use at your own risk

Praivasi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to make privacy simple and practical, but we do not guarantee that the website, guides, tool recommendations, detection descriptions, product links, checklists, comparisons, or educational materials are complete, error-free, current, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user, business, device, jurisdiction, threat model, or compliance need.

You are responsible for deciding whether Praivasi information, tools, recommendations, or workflows are appropriate for your situation.

4. Privacy and security content

Praivasi content about VPNs, password managers, encryption tools, secure messaging, AI-safe sharing, document protection, privacy habits, and data protection is general educational information. It does not guarantee anonymity, security, legal compliance, breach prevention, account recovery, business continuity, or protection from all surveillance, malware, phishing, hacking, data loss, or privacy harm.

Privacy and security risks change quickly. You should verify current product details, laws, privacy policies, pricing, technical claims, jurisdictional risks, and threat-model fit before relying on any tool or recommendation.

5. Sensitive data detection and AI-safe sharing

Praivasi may describe or provide workflows for detecting sensitive information before sharing prompts, screenshots, PDFs, forms, reports, documents, or other files with online tools and AI systems. Detection can miss information, metadata, visual text, hidden content, unusual formats, context-specific identifiers, confidential business information, or newly emerging sensitive data types.

You must review outputs manually before sharing, uploading, publishing, deleting, redacting, or relying on them. Praivasi does not guarantee that a file, prompt, screenshot, or document is free of sensitive information or safe to share.

6. India DPDPA and legal summaries

India DPDPA summaries and legal explainers are provided for general awareness only. They are not legal advice, compliance advice, regulatory advice, or a substitute for a lawyer, data protection officer, security auditor, or qualified professional. Laws, rules, regulator guidance, and interpretations may change.

7. Tool directory and third-party products

Praivasi may mention, compare, or link to third-party tools such as VPNs, password managers, encryption software, secure messaging apps, email services, cloud storage, AI tools, or related services. Third-party tools operate under their own terms, privacy policies, prices, jurisdictions, availability, security practices, and business decisions.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, breaches, policy changes, inaccurate claims, pricing changes, account issues, support decisions, data handling, product defects, or harm caused by using third-party products.

8. AI tools and external sharing

Before sharing information with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI or online service, you are responsible for reviewing that service's terms, privacy policy, data retention, training, enterprise controls, region, security settings, and compliance fit. Praivasi does not control how external AI systems process, store, train on, or disclose your data.

9. User responsibility for files and decisions

You are responsible for your files, prompts, screenshots, documents, credentials, accounts, devices, backups, privacy settings, tool choices, legal obligations, and sharing decisions. Do not share, delete, redact, upload, or publish important information unless you have reviewed it and have backups or approvals you need.

10. Payments, offers, and partnerships
